MTH 161 - Precalculus I

Presents topics in power, polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions, and systems of equations. This is a Passport and UCGS transfer course.
Prerequisite: MDE 10 and MDE 60
Lecture Hour(s): 3
Note(s): Credit will not be awarded for both MTH 161: PreCalculus I and 167: PreCalculus w/ Trig or equivalent.
MTH 161 can be used to meet a requirement in the Virginia Passport milestone and the Uniform Certificate of General Studies.
