Functions of the Kitchen

Introduces new and experienced back-of-the-house professionals to concepts necessary to perform their duties. Students will identify behaviors for establishing successful working relationships in a commercial kitchen environment; understand challenges of working in a fast-paced food service environment; and use of effective communications to achieve forecasted goals in the kitchen.
