Apprentice Medical Scribe

Designed for learners possessing less than 200 hours of documented front-line, on-the-job medical scribe experience. Provides foundational training on medical records & terminology, electronic health records, data entry, word processing software and medical coding & billing.

Prepares the learner to pass the MSCE test and award of the AMSP credential. Learners who pass the MSCE and possess 200 hours of documented medical scribe experience will be eligible for Certified Medical Scribe Professional (CMSP) status.
