Keep Student Contact Information Current
All students should check the Student Information System to verify phone numbers and addresses are current in the system. Important information about courses, financial aid and other college matters may be shared with students via phone or mail. To update information, students may complete a Student Data Change form in the Student Services Office or update their information in the SIS Student Services Center. Updates, like name changes, may requiresupporting documentation.
E-mail
All students are assigned a Virginia Community College System (VCCS) e-mail address when they are admitted to the College. This e-mail address is the primary e-mail address the College will use for communication with students. Students can access their VCCS student e-mail in their myESCC account. Students should check their student e-mail regularly for financial aid updates, class information from instructors, reminders about College deadlines and dates, closing and delay notifications, notes from faculty advisors, details on student activities, and many other important messages.
Social Media
